A viewer that can't act, or a platform you can't afford.
Microsoft ships powerful APIs and admin centres, for one tenant at a time. MSPs run twenty, fifty, a hundred. So the MSP with 50 clients is left choosing between two dead ends, and fills the gap with browser profiles, PowerShell, and goodwill.
A viewer that can't act
Lighthouse was Microsoft's answer, and it proved MSPs are desperate for multi-tenant tooling, then stopped short. A window onto your tenants, not a console over them.
A platform you can't afford
The third-party tools that go deeper are built and priced for enterprises. Out of reach for the practice that needs them most.
Multi-tenant isn't a feature. It's the foundation.
Parity doesn't come from bolting MSP features onto a single-tenant tool. It has to be the architecture, and it's built to grow. DendronAI is the root and trunk that stays constant; today its branches manage Microsoft 365, and more are already growing.
A small technical team, built out of the same frustration you have.
DendronAI came out of a simple frustration: an MSP that isn't enterprise-size still wants the same tooling as one that is, without the enterprise price tag. The tools that went deep enough were priced for the big end of the market. So we built the one we wanted, and DendronAI is the result.
DendronAI is a product, and only a product. The company behind it is Northern Tech Hub Ltd, a team in Leeds, predominantly a SaaS provider that also handles CSP reselling to MSPs. Northern Tech Hub designs, operates and maintains DendronAI, and does all the contracting, billing and support.
